Application

Journeys within South America (except Falkland Islands) for travel with LA, LP, XL or LU (exception: operating carrier 4M under LA flight-number within Argentina), arriving in South America on any Iberia-Flight.

Eligibility

Eligible for passengers from all around the world, with the exception of: New Zealand, Tahiti, Australia, USA, Spain, Mexico and Brazil.

Passengers holding an ID/AD-ticket are not qualified for this Airpass.

Fares can be changed without further notice, no mileage accrual for Iberia Plus or other Frequent Flyer Programs.

Connections

All travel is valid only on LA, LP, XL and LU-flights. Transfer-connections permitted and counted as one coupon (exception: transfer in SCL/LIM). Every route may be flown only once in the same direction. Surface transportation permitted.

Advertising and sales

Tickets may be sold in any country except in: New Zealand, Australia, USA, Spain, Tahiti, Mexico and Brazil.

Additional tickets cannot be purchased at destination point.

Reservations

All flights must be confirmed prior to ticket issuance.

Payment and ticket issuance

The Airpass must be issued as a separate Ticket and in conjunction with the international ticket with destination South America. Endorsementbox: not endorsable.

Issuance on MCO  is not allowed. Ticketing must be completed 14 days before departure of the first flight, for reservations within 14 days before departure: within 48 hours after the reservation was made. Electronic ticket permitted if possible.

Change of routing/date

Change of routing/date permitted at USD 15.

Change of flight for same date is permitted without any charge.

Baggage allowance

The baggage allowance will be applied according to the most permissive of all the coupons acquired.

Gueltigkeit:

Der Pass beinhaltet mindestens 3 Coupons. Maximal können 10 Coupons ausgestellt werden.

Ermäßigung:

Kleinkinder (bis 2 Jahre) zahlen 10% des Erwachsenentarifs, haben aber keinen Sitzplatzanspruch.

Kinder (von 2 bis 11 Jahre) zahlen 67% des Erwachsenentarifs. Kein Agentenrabatt erlaubt.

Rückerstattung:

Vor Reiseantritt und nach Ausstellung: USD 50,-

Nach Reiseantritt wird die Differenz zwischen dem gezahlten Tarif und der Economy Class für die geflogene Strecke rückerstattet.

Streckenänderung:

Nach Ausstellung nicht erlaubt.

Flugdatenaenderung:

Nach Ausstellung des Airpasses kann das Datum geaendert werden, für eine Gebuehr von USD 25,-
